Kindergarten Classroom
The Kindergarten classrooms are large, beautiful, well-designed classrooms. Each child has his/her own cubby to keep belongings in, and they have their own desks to manage their “tools” in. The design of these rooms allows for desk and floor space activities, and allows centers to be set up around the perimeter of the rooms. Students learn all academic subjects from reading, writing, spelling, and math, to music, gym, foreign language and art. The students are well rounded and prepared for the academic road that follows.
Early Childhood T.R.A.C.K area
This large area is designed to actively engage students in the morning before school and afterschool. Students may read books, build with blocks, dress up, pretend to cook, and be creative in the art area.
Gymnasium
Students use the well-maintained gymnasium for school assemblies, PE classes, and sporting events. The regulation size gym has two adjoining locker rooms which are utilized by 5-8 grade PE classes and sport teams. The pull-out bleachers can accommodate up to 600 spectators using the balcony as well. The school musical, awards banquet, and other large gatherings are also held here.
Outdoor Classroom/Playground
This large age appropriate area is not just for students to play on our playground. Students have an area to dig in rocks, ride tricycles, play music, and play with different types of balls. Students are also close to nature by watching the birds eat, the butterflies fly around the butterfly garden, along with observing how different types of plants grow. We also have a water and sand sensory table for students to play with daily.
